Feelings from Another

His eyes adjusted to the morning light now protruding through the window of Kyliska's bedchambers. Andissiel turned to Kyliska's side of the bed only to discover she had already awoken and left. It was no surprise to him to find her already gone. The last few weeks she had been acting strange, as if something was on her mind but she did not want to speak of it. Whatever it was, he knew she would come to him in the end explaining her odd behavior. He arose from bed and walked over to the window to look outside. The sun hung in in the sky like a yellow orb hovering over the city. A large shadow protruding from Sunfury Spire cast itself over Murder Row, causing it to look ever more devious from Dayfire Spire. His eyes continued to scan the ground until he saw his love, Kyliska.

Kyliska had been walking with her sister Biara in the Court of the Sun. Both women seemed to be engrossed into a heavy discussion. Moments passed and the two sisters hugged and parted ways as Biara began to walk towards Sunfury Spire and Kyliska returning to Dayfire Spire. Andissiel turned away from the window and dressed himself . Whatever it was that was bothering her he would do his best to be at her side showing support. He grabbed some flowers out of a vase in the room and left to meet Kyliska in the main entry of the spire. Upon walking down the long stone hallways of the spire he passed many of the guards who all seemed to eye him cautiously. Who could blame them? He thought to himself. His life was turned inside out and he knew he gave no one any reason to trust him..only Kyliska did.

As he turned the corner into the main entry hall his eyes caught wind of Kyliska, just not entering the room. He observed the fact that she was not wearing her armor, something out of the ordinary for her. Instead she wore a luxurious red silken dress with yellow trim. Her hair blond hair relaxed on her shoulders as it caught the last bit of sunlight before she entered the room. Andissiel walked up to her with the flowers from the room behind his back. He knew it would prove a humorous gesture if not at all sweet considering she would know where the flowers came from. He watched as Kyliska spotted him and a smile quickly formed. She walked up before him and looked at him as he brought the flowers from his back to the front of him. Kyliska paused for a moment, but began to laugh as she had already recognized where the flowers had come from. "Aww, that is sweet. Thank you my love." as she leaned in for a kiss. He smiled as the two met each others lips. "Now what flowers are you going to bring me to replace the ones you took from the vase?" she said playfully. He continued to smile at her. Andissiel thought for a moment on where to take Kyliska to take her mind off of whatever it was that was bothering her just as his eyes caught a glimpse of a Sin'Dorei man at the entry way into the spire.

Andissiel immediately noticed the man standing before him. Hauk Fenshire. The Sin'Dorei hunter was clearly agitated by the facial expression he made as he noticed Kyliska and Andissiel embrace one another. "I knew I smelt the filth of a Kaldorei nearby...." Fenshire said as the anger in his eyes grew. Andissiel watched Kyliska turn from him and back to Fenshire. "Hauk...?" she said softly, still surprised to see him. Fenshire turned his back and had already begun to walk away. Andissiel was glad to see him leave but in the same time...he wished they could be friends. The hunter knew so much that Andissiel did not. Kyliska looked up to him with eyes saddening. "Go to him...I will not mind my love. He is your friend and if he wishes to speak to you without me then I shall not intrude." Kyliska silently nodded and turned to call out for Hauk, whom already was out of sight. Andissiel watched Kyliska disappear from his sight and alone he stood. He stood in silence thinking to himself. Did Fenshire have feelings for Kyliska or did he simply wish to make his life as miserable as possible? " Andissiel looked down at his bow in which his hands now tightly gripped. "We have withstood death itself...whatever the reason that hunter has Kyliska will always be love me. " Andissiel left the spire and whistled once he walked into the sunlight. His faithful and loyal companion, Duststalker ran up to him from the spire stables. The two ventured off into Eversong Woods.
